Hello all, I need some help. I am looking for exercise routine to help build muscles and reduce. My problem is to smell or even see meat makes me want to throw up. Any suggestions on where to get my protein?

Congratulations! As for exercise, just keep the heart rate low and avoid laying on your back or doing anything that increases your risk of falling. No horseback riding or high impact step aerobics. Most low impact activities are fine as long as you don't get your heart rate too high. So, if you have a favorite workout you've been doing, double check it with your doctor but you should be able to continue some or all of it.
As for the protein, you can get all of your essential amino acids from mixing non-meat products just like someone who was choosing to be vegetarian. Dairy, Grains, Nuts, Seeds, and Legumes are all good sources of proteins that don't include meat. But mix and match them so you get all those essential aminos.0 -
