My meal today, mind you we milk cows.
During milking:
fat free cappuccino
banana
Breakfast:
Sara lee cinnamon & raisin bagel
spray butter
Lunch:
can of progresso soup
2 pcs homemade whole wheat bread
Snack:
apple
weight watchers yogurt
Now here is my delima, husband and I have stopped eating 2 hrs before bed which means we have to eat before 7:00pm and we don't normally get in from milking cows until 6:45 which doesn't leave us enough time to get supper ready (we have 6 kids) so hubby and I have been eating around 4:30 before we go out, my delima is I am not hungry, do I need to eat. I usually still have around 600-800 calories left by this time of the day also. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks Lisa

It's important to get all your calories that are allowed for the day....=o)
I'd still eat.
There's no need to stop eating at 6:00 p.m., esp when you don't get back until almost 7:00.
Have a light supper, nothing too heavy but make sure it counts.
There was another thread on this sort of thing and there is actually no proof that eating later causes you to gain weight or interfere's with weight loss....so I've been reading! lol0 -
I wouldn't worry about stopping eating before bed it doesn't hurt your weight loss. But if you feel uncomfortable cooking at 6:46 and then eating it Why don't you still cook dinner at 4 like you were but eat it when you are finished at 6:45. Hope this suggestion helped0

I have lots of thoughts, but only about half of them have anything to do with your diet! Are the children old enough to help with the milking or meal preparing? You milk cows, but you're eating weight watchers yogurt? I amen the slow cooker idea. You could also plan your day so that you get the meal prepared before going out to milk "Bessie & them". That would probably require pen, paper, and time. Surely you have spare time in your day after taking care of 6 children and ? cows! You could also totally re-think dinner. Something light yet delicious would still fill everyone.0
