Just starting out......again

Ok, I am 3 days post-op surgery and have been planing my strategy for fitness. I plan on starting couch 25K, but I also enjoy doing Turbo Jam. C25K is 3days/week, so I was thinking of doing that, then on the other days doing turbo jam? Just wondering if maybe that is too much to start out on, or does anyone think I should start off just doing C25K. I dont want to sabatage my plan. Any ideas, advice, help. I'm all ears. I'm ready to kick it big time, so help out please.
