1 Box Morningstar Farms Breakfast Sausage Links, thawed
1 Cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/3 Cup Skim Milk
2 Egg Whites
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
10 Skewers or Popsicle sticks
Sugar Free Maple Syrup (Optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Insert a skewer into each sausage and set aside.
Mix together the Bisquick, sugar, milk, egg whites and vanilla until dough is well blended. Place on a small plate.
Roll each sausage into the dough and place on a cookie sheet. Any extra dough can be divided on top of each link.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with sugar free maple syrup (optional).

Note: These can be baked and then frozen for a quick breakfast on the go. Just heat in the microwave while you're getting ready for work or school.
