Having a hard time adjusting

I now work 10 pm - 6 am and get about 2 hours of sleep because my child wakes me up even if I don't want to. I sleep in intervals and so i haven't really worked out much since I started about two weeks ago. I'm still eating correctly and by walking around and standing for 8 hours I definitely get some cardio in but i need to strength train. Any suggestions:yawn: ????
