New to boards...hopping back on the wagon

Hello,

I've been using the MFP app on my phone for quite some time (off and on), but haven't posted on the boards before. I was doing really well with logging my meals and exercising for a while earlier in the year (I had lost 19 pounds!) but for whatever reason, I got lazy and stopped logging, and started eating poorly and not exercising again, so now I'm back to my starting weight.

I need help! Looking for people to talk to to help keep me on track! I know this is a tough time of the year to get back on top of things, but I know I need it!

Anyway, my name's Kelley and I hope to meet some great people here with similar goals! And to everyone else, Happy Holidays! :)

  • Hello! I am also new to the boards. I've always found forums intimidating. But anyways. I'm really good at sticking to a goal and then once achieving it doing everything to unravel it as quickly as possible. Recently, I stuck out the Stripped Diet for 4 weeks. No dairy/ no gluten the works. Lost weight and got rid of my acne. What did I do to celebrate this accomplishment? Dived into a pumpkin pie shake habit and within two weeks weigh more then when I started Stripped and am ridiculously broken out. Do you think we could help each other stick to our food diaries?

    Hi! I think that sounds like a great idea and I know exactly where you're coming from! I am pretty good at unraveling my good work too...haha. :wink:

    It would be great to have someone to help stay on track. Let's do this! :smile:
