Make Pretzel Dough (get recipe here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/42403-soft-pretzels )

About 20 minutes before the pretzel dough is ready, mix the following together:
54 Slices of Turkey Pepperoni, cut into 1/4's.
3/4 Cup Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 Cup Pizza Sauce (you may need to add a little more if you added a lot of onions, etc. There should just be enough sauce to hold everything together like paste).
Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, etc. (whatever you like on your pizza)

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.
Divide Pretzel dough into 6 equal portions. (if you work slow, you might want to cover the extra dough with plastic wrap to keep it from drying out).

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Roll a piece of pretzel dough into a 6" circle, then place 1/6 of your pizza mixture in the middle. Fold dough in half and twist the edges in to seal real well. Place on cookie sheet. Do this again for each piece of dough.

Mix 1 Egg with 1/2 Tablespoon of water and brush each pocket on the top and especially along the seal.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
