Too much cardio and somewhat of an intro

Only have been on here for a couple weeks. After finding the iphone app and logging just one day, I was actually amazed at how many calories I was eating. somewhere around 3500 range, and not going to the gym at all. Figured that was the time to erase the last 4 years of over indulging and get back to eating properly and start at the gym as much as possible.
Pretty much after joining the military, and after about a year in got an injury that pretty much halted my physical activity. Planters Faciitis...Tip: Don't ignore pain and run/ruck march/whatever through it, it WILL kick you in the *kitten* eventually. I wasn't able to keep up on group runs, and mostly used the "It's my feet" excuse. I went from 180, able to run 15km without problems to 220 and cant keep up on a slow 5km easy run.
Anyway, since I'm in the military we get long periods of leave. As of the 17th I'm on 20 days off. I've been going to the gym every day since around the start of the month, and now that I'm on leave I try and go twice a day(morning and night with the girlfriend).
Now the question. I have TONs of spare time during the day while she is working. I clean the house, make supper or lunch for her, play around with the cats for a while, etc. I don't really watch TV/movies too often. I get bored.
If I go and tire myself out, come home, eat and am feeling up for it can I do a couple of hour long sessions of cardio. I usually aim for around 150-160bpm while working out(have a polar ft7) with lower periods of 130-140bpm.
TL;DR version - How much cardio is potentially possible?
