So i was looking through webcam pictures and I found two and I was kinda amazed at my arms. They no longer look like fat pockets. It's one arm, no separators. I know it's not a huge difference but it's kinda nice looking at a picture and noticing little differences. I think my face looks smaller too

    I think your chin looks pointer :D Mine does too, and every little (even 8 pounds!) counts towards that gooooaaaal!

    Great start already!! It's amazing the difference a bit of weight makes eh! And it's a great motivator to help keep you going!

    Also, I love your horse too, I am a total sucker for a chestnut especially one with a bit of chrome! :)

    Slowly slowly I think is much safer way to do it - you can for sure see a difference!!!
