"Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads" the book!

I just finished a book called "Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads" and it was AMAZING! I recommend this to ANYONE trying to lose weight. It was written by a nutritionist; she definitely knows what she's talking about. She describes a method of eating 4x a day with meals 4 hours apart. Also, she explains why it's SO important to always eat a PC Combo: protein AND carb together--- NOT one or the other. The book explains how important it is to keep your blood sugar stable.
