What are your goals?

Options
A lot of people on MFP have goals. Some are weight goals, and some more like fitness goals such as run in a 5k, ect. I have a few including running in a 5k, completing insanity, cardio max, 30ds, and running/walking/biking at least 50 miles a month.
What are your goals?

    Hit 215 then start a slow cut.. Want to hit around 5-6%bf mid summer

    Wide grip row, deadlifts, wide lat pull down, low cable row, mid row mach e, streight arm pulldowns, close grip chin ups to failure
