Are my net calories too low?

Newbie here. A week into my new healthy eating/exercise routine I decided to start tracking my food intake with MyFitnessPal. I'm surprised at how low my net calorie intake is most days - I'm eating healthy meals but certainly not starving myself and rarely feel hungry. Apart from Sunday (my 'cheat' day) my net calories for the past week have been between 800-1200 calories/day. Is this too low? I currently weigh 300 pounds and am looking to lose at least 100.

Yes, they are too low.
To get them higher you can either eat more or exercise less, it's up to you to decide what will suit you best.
A general recommendation for men is 1500 cals/day and womenb 1200 cals/day as a minimum. This isn't going to suit everyone but it's probably not a bad place to start.
Edited to add: it looks like you are making really good food choices, just add in dinner - even a small serve of something healthy and you'll be right on track.0
