I have an obsession with two things. Okay, I have an obsession with many things, but as far as this post is concerned, two of them are important: Dr. Who and limericks. So I decided to write twelve Dr. Who-related limericks and post them on my feed in honor of the Twelve Days of Christmas. As I've actually accomplished reaching HALF-WAY! I thought I'd post what I had so far here. Enjoy!

THE TWELVE DR. WHO LIMERICKS OF CHRISTMAS (Part One):

LIMERICK ONE
A Time Lord at Christmas is scary
If you see one, then be very wary
Flying fish may abound
Christmas trees could spin round
Things are certain to get a bit hairy.

LIMERICK TWO
There once was a Lord of Time
Who committed a terrible crime
He ran from his home
In a box with a phone
But the results were simply sublime!

LIMERICK THREE
There once was a dog made of tin
Who never could quite seem to win
Caution would he advise
All the days of his lives
But his masters would never listen!

LIMERICK FOUR
I saw something strange yesterday
Just what, I really can't say.
Large mouths, it had plenty
--not quite sure how many
I didn't count before running away!

LIMERICK FIVE
Some people love knitting and sewing
Some people love primping and posing
Me? I love Dr. Who
And you know that it's true
Cause of the limericks I just keep composing!

LIMERICK SIX
The eternal conundrum is solved.
Many plot holes have now been resolved.
If you're running away
from a Dalek today
You don't win just cause stairs are involved!

Merry Christmas!
