I just may have dropped that pant size!

I have fallen on and off the MFP bandwagon. I lost 8-10 lbs. and then gained it back when my mother in law visited from England with all of the places we were taking her out to eat. I felt big again and then lately I've felt like I slimmed back down but I've been too scared to step on the scale. Last night I wandered into a store where I've bought clothes many times and grabbed my usual size in pants in regular instead of petite (they didn't have it in petite so I just wanted to see how they looked). I put them on over my tights (lazy!) and couldn't even believe it -- they were too BIG! Not even just a little, but I could pull the waist out on all sides. I don't want to get my hopes up because I don't know if it's because they were regular instead of petite or whatever, but I have to say that I am shocked. The last few times I had gone in there, I wasn't a solid size all around -- my usual wouldn't fit in a few of the cuts!

Using this as a motivator to keep going! Also, share your "a ha!" moments?

This happened a while ago but it's still one of my funniest "Aha!" moments.
Usually, in my overly worn out 22s, I can pull my pants down without unbuttoning or unzipping them to go to the bathroom. One day I was going to the bathroom at school and I tried to pull my pants down without undoing them and I couldn't. I had just started my weight loss journey and thought "Well shoot, I guess this isn't working..." I undid my pants and sat down kind of depressed until I looked at my pants tag... It said 20... I was like OH! I AM losing weight! Total day brightener and makes for a funny story... Now I've started to pull my 20s off without undoing them so I must be in 18s :-)
