Hello,
I have a problem, after I finish working out I am SO SLEEPY!! I don't know what it is but I have to go to sleep afterwards or it will mess me up and I'll be so sleepy the rest of the day. This only happens when I workout in the morning, I can't workout at night because I'm at work. Has anyone else experienced this? I've been told maybe my iron was low but I've gone to the doctor in the past and my iron is fine.

Have your vitamin D level checked - especially now with shorter daylight hours. Mine was well below normal. Once I got it back up (doc put me on prescription d), the sleepiness, along with all sorts of other ailments like aches and pain, went away.
Google Vitamin D and daytime sleepiness.0 -
yes, check vitamin d.... and also are you eating enough?? I went through a period like that of just 2-3 weeks early on when I started working out - but then my body adjusted to the lower calories being taken in and higher calories being expended.0
