I've begun to notice the loose skin around my belly button, granted I've had 2 kids but I've also lost over 60 lbs with about 25-30 to go.... how do you get rid of the loose skin without surgery???

It's normal for your belly to look sorta like a deflated balloon when you lose a lot of belly fat. Really nothing you can do other than getting really lean and allowing your body a a chance to tighten up the skin around the remaining fat cells. I have the same problem.
Ensure you are doing weight training, drinking plenty of water and take vitamins to also help.0 -
Has ur loose skin situation improved @ all? I was 202 @ my heaviest & am now 137. Definitely a loose skin prob between belly button & c-section smiley face scar.0

I've read over and over that it can take up to 2 years for skin to catch up although how much it will shrink is up to genetics it seems. i think part of the reason slower weight loss is touted as better for loose skin is that fact skin is able to shrink more in line with the weight loss rather than playing catch up.
I've seen some amazing pics of people on here that have heaps of loose skin but with clothe son you'd never know it. So even if your not genetically blessed with elastic skin the right choice of clothes will help you look and feel your best.0 -
5 years later, is the OP around? Inquiring minds want to know, and for once it might be appropriate given the question!1

You dont. It will tighten up a little with exercise and look better with some muscle under it. But that's it.0
