Help!! I need to exercise.

Ok, so my treadmill is out of commission for the time being. I have three very young children and live in the middle of nowhere so the gym is out of the question. I need some good (fun) exercise ideas for things I can do in the house without any exercise equipment.

Get a subscription to Shape or Self magazine - every single month they have at least one "do at home" exercise routine! Plus lots of great stories to inspire you to be the fittest you can be. Good luck and have fun!

"Walk at Home" or "Walk Away the Pounds" there are a few of these workouts on YouTube. Target, WalMart, KMart all sell the DVDs. No equipment and very little space is required. Collagevideo.com has video clips so you can see what you're getting. I went to these DVDs after getting bored with my treadmill.

Do you get Netflix? There are a few workouts to stream on there. Hulu.com has workouts on the Health & Fitness channel
