Is it possible to workout more then you eat? Or is that bad?

It is possible, but your NET calorie intake should always be atleats 1200 more than you burn through exercise.0

I would suggest using the "search" feature for the forums. You can get a lot of good info by doing that.0

There is absolutely no reason for you not to be eating more calories than you burn.
At your age, you should be a muscle building machine. Work out hard, so you can eat and build more muscle!0
