I have been a member of Freecycle for a couple years. It is a group that was developed to keep stuff from going in landfills. You can join through Yahoo Groups. The groups are divided by state then county. Members post messages offering stuff they no longer want or need for free to other members. It's a great way to get rid of your old clothes and get some things that fit while you are losing weight. I have two bags of clothes leaving today and got rid of a table last night. It really makes cleaning out the closets so much easier!

Yup awesome groups across the country in every state, cities and even found in some small towns.

Great way to pay it forward to those in need and purge the extra clutter that maybe be exactly what someone else is needing. Someone's trash is another's treasure as they say.
