I need new food ideas...

I get bored easily with the food I eat.. I try to switch things up from time to time.. I will basically try anything once. I enjoy chicken, pasta and vegetables the most. If you have any food suggestions.. Meals or snack wise please feel free to share them with me. I prefer to make my own meals as well so if you have any good recipes please share them as well.

    Just look at my diary. It's pretty boring though. I'm too lazy to type anything out. (oh, and ignore the weekends)

    Been eating a great soup this week. I cut up a head of cauliflower, onion, celery, carrots and a couple cloves of garlic. Put in a big stock pot and boiled in chicken stock. When the veggies were cooked, I then removed enough broth so the veggies were barely covered. Then blended everything into a soup. I added chicken sausage for some protein and had a half a bag of egg noodles to thicken it up a bit. But pretty low calorie and gets at least one serving of veggies per bowl.

    Larabars are a great snack. I also snack on a scoop of whey powder or almonds.

    Breakfast is a smoothie. I have been playing with these more these days. A scoop of protein, quarter of a pineapple, 7/8 cup of water, a little coconut extract and BAM! Pina colada every morning :-)

    Same here. Great website, great recipes, and you can browse through their meal plans for different calorie diets (1800, 1200, etc.) for ideas.
