2 soft small tortillia shells.
3 oz ground turkey
1 oz alegro cheese shredded
2 tbsp salsa
letuce chopped
tomatoes diced
onions diced
about 305 cals.
i rarely eat 300 cal meals, but if i did this would be it!0 -
Shiratake noodles
oyster sauce
Imitation crab meat or shrimp
garlic
(Sesame oil if I can spare some cals)l0 -
1/2 cup eggbeaters
2 slices turkey bacon
small apple
cup of fat free milk

1 alaskian salmon burger
1 piece of whole wheat toast
