Newbie Here: Needs Support

Hello,

This is my second stint with MFP.

I ran a half marathon in Apr 2010, met a handsome guy the same month, broke my ankle in Aug 2010, struggled with it for 6 weeks to walk and almost 6 months to get back to regular workout. I got married in June 2011 and had a 2 month vacation. In this process I gained almost 20 pounds of weight since my race days and weigh in at 173 pounds. I was never a skinny gal but fitness is my first goal.

I have started tracking my food and workout starting Dec 2011 and hope to lose all the extra weight and some more. My goal is to reach 150 pounds by Apr 2012 and 136 pounds by August 2012.

Please help me with all the support I could get from all you wonderful people.
