Best time to weigh?

When does every one weigh in? I weigh everyday but only use my Sunday readings.. But for some reason I decide to weigh that a.m. & then again that evening.. (same clothes) I weighed 1.4pds lighter.. Now I know there is a water weight issue, but WHEN IS THE BEST time to weigh... I try to do the same time, same day routine... Thanks guys!!!

    I weigh in every Sunday Morning, on an empty stomach, in the nude. Whatever you do, make sure you are wearing the same clothes every time and make sure it is at the same time of day every time.

    I prefer Sundays because it helps me not to cheat Friday or Saturday nights.
