hey all
so i was reading up on HIIT (both on some threads here and on the web) but have a question. most HIIT workouts go for only 20 mins max b/c they are so strenuous, and that includes probably 10 mins warm up and down.
now when i do my hour of circuit training, i burn 350 cals. but if i HIIT for less time, i dont burn as much. so how do i incorporate HIIT into my schedule for max effect?
i know it's supposed to lower body fat much quicker than steady cardio so was looking for some tips!
my current training is:
Mon, Fri: circuits (strength, cardio)
Tues, Thurs, Sat: walk, Pilates
Wed: spin, weights
thanks! :flowerforyou:
