High School Student seeking guidance and Support
Hello Fellow MFP-ers,
I am looking to nip my unhealthy habits and weight issues in the butt! I am 5 days into MFP and I absolutely love it, (my latest obsession) never have I been this motivated to get my life on track. I am just looking for a bigger support system, because I am completely in the dark on healthy weight loss I had lost weight in the past by starving myself with no exercise, and I actually did keep the weight off for a while but am beginning to fall off track and have gained 10lbs back. Anyways I must warn you since I am young and curious by nature I will attack you with tons of questions (on my wall), but despite that I would like to think that I am a pretty good MFP buddy I help when and however I can and offer tons of support, so LETS LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER! :drinker:
