High School Student seeking guidance and Support

Hello Fellow MFP-ers,
I am looking to nip my unhealthy habits and weight issues in the butt! I am 5 days into MFP and I absolutely love it, (my latest obsession) never have I been this motivated to get my life on track. I am just looking for a bigger support system, because I am completely in the dark on healthy weight loss I had lost weight in the past by starving myself with no exercise, and I actually did keep the weight off for a while but am beginning to fall off track and have gained 10lbs back. Anyways I must warn you since I am young and curious by nature I will attack you with tons of questions (on my wall), but despite that I would like to think that I am a pretty good MFP buddy I help when and however I can and offer tons of support, so LETS LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER! :drinker:

I'll be your diet buddy
I remember high school and trying to lose weight, I've lost it in both healthy and unhealthy ways, and am also going for healthy this time around. Feel free to ask as many questions as you want, I've done a lot of research into health/fitness and have a background in nursing, so I know some stuff. Add me
