In four months, i've lost 53 pounds! I've gone from a size 24 to now a size 16 jeans! I haven't been here for more than 20 years! I try to run/walk/yoga every day and I love myself. I do find it curious how my NSV is probably someone else's worst "fat" moment, but I feel great! Thanks to everyone here for the support and encouragement!:happy:
