I joined about two months ago and was doing fine until I got stressed and boredom sit in. Now I'm not working toward my goal and it's the holidays. I need help. What can I do to get out of this rut I'm in and get back on track?

Easy..
You just have to get back up and start again. But, its up to you to decide that you want to get back into the swing of things. You have to learn about your behavioral triggers and how to snap out of them.0
