Can't find nutrional information for this ginger tea!

Hi there,

So I drink a cup or two of Healtheries Lemon & Ginger Tea with an Apple Twist every day.

In MFP it claims to have 0 calories.

Each cup of green tea that I have is counted as 1 calorie.

I am thinking that because it has an added 'apple twist' flavour to it, that it MUST have some calories in it... Chamomile is 5!

however I can't find anything on the website that mentions anything about it's calories or nutrional information.

Would it really be 0 calories? I really want to record everything as accurately as I can!

you could try contacting the tea company directly!

but really, if it's just a cup or two (not loads and loads mind you), i wouldn't stress it too much :D

I think that companies (in the US) can claim 0 cals if a food has less than 5 or so cals per serving, so there's a good chance that it would have calories if you drink enough - but honestly I wouldn't worry too much about it. Everything you add is an estimate, you will never be 100% correct with food or exercise.
