Ok...so I was putting in my cardio info today and noticed that what I had done (Run @ 5.5) wasn't in the database. So I went to 'add new exercise' (or whatever it says) and it says I have to input how many calories it burns.
How do I figure this out? Is there a formula?
Also...how should I input isometric exercises? I only do a few reps, but I'm holding up my entire body weight for a good 30seconds-1minute (unless you count isometric pushups, which I can only hold for 10 seconds. lol...what am I talking about ONLY. When I started doing them I was lucky to get to 3 XD;)

Did you do it on a treadmill? Usually it will say how many you burned. As far as a formula I'm stumped. Sorry!!! Good work though0

There is some variation based on height and weight, but generally 1 mile=100 calories.
Here is a link to an article that talks about calories burned at 5.5: http://www.livestrong.com/article/304481-the-calories-burned-running-5-5-mph/0
