Just thought I'd add to the mix.

A friend of mine did a Before / During pic this morning, which got me to do my copy cat thing and do one as well. I about fell on the floor myself.

The first pic is from my trip to New York City in May. The second was taken today.

    Thanks! I have 21 documented pounds lost. I don't know how much I weighed on that trip to NYC since I hadn't been weighing myself, but I think I was around the weight I started my MFP journey on.
