Hi Everyone!
So, I love this DVD and try to do the Work Out about 2-3 times a week. Does anyone know how this could be tracked in the Exercise Sections of MFP? Besides making my sister help me count each action.. lol

For the 30 Day Shred I tracked it as "Circuit Training, General" for 20min.0
