Wednesday Mini Challenge 12/21

Ok, so I missed the Tuesday Mini Challenge, so I'm going to set a Wednesday Mini Challenge for my friends and anyone else who wants to jump on the band wagon.

The Tuesday Mini Challenge (TMC) was 250 crunches & 50 sit ups. Please add this in if you're feeling particularly 'up' today!

My modified TMC is as follows: 200 crunches & 50 weighted sit ups (2-3 lb. dumbbell held overhead then pushed to knees upon sitting up).

This will be done along with a Wednesday Mini Challenge (WMC) as follows:
W is the 23rd letter of the alphabet so let's do 23 jumping jacks / front kick / back kick combinations. We do this combo in one of my boot camp classes. For each single move, you do Jumping Jack, Jumping Jack, Right Front Kick, Left Front Kick, Right Back Kick, Left Back Kick = 1.... Repeat for 2, Repeat for 3 and so on. This can take all day.... you can break it up into sets if doing it all at once seems like too much to you, but I challenge others to attempt this just for today.

I will be out of breath... I will be sweaty... my legs will be angry at me!
