So I have never started a topic before but today I am feeling kind of down. I am approaching my 3rd weigh-in(tomorrow) since I started and I cheated a little and got on the scale this morning...it didn't move...actually went up a few ounces. Now I have been on this road many times before but in the past, each week has always been at least 2-3lbs loss. I don't know what's going on this time but it feels like my scale is just not agreeing with me. I feel I have been working very hard to not see any change. Just a little frustrated......:ohwell:
I really need to start taking measurements!

The scale means nothing to me for that same reason. Try body fat percentage?0

Definitely start taking measurements. I'm guessing its how your clothes fit not your actual weight that motivates you to be on MFP. Muscle weighs more than fat and it burns more calories at rest. Feed your muscles, work them and get the toning and slimming that comes along with week-in and week-out persistance.0
