Hi there! I just started myfitnesspal :) OK, here it goes! I had my baby about 9 months ago. I'm still about 10 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight, but was chunky when I got prego, so I'm hoping to lose another 30-40 lbs (would be ideal). I was doing yoga but got bored of the video I was using. I gained about a few lbs back and decided it was time to make a change damn it! Any good feedback or advice? Do I have to exercise to lose weight? Can I lose weight by just chasing around my little one and eating right? I'm short (4' 10") and 167 lbs. Yikes! Not cool! Thanks in advance for your help!!!

    I'm a mom of 3 and there is no way I'd lose weight by just chasing them around all day...you really have to do things to get your heart rate up...unless you take the little one to the park and run with the stroller or something....there are plenty of things you can do with a baby or toddler....just stay motivated! Keep posting on here, we'll help ya!
