Hey There - I am 48 and currently 154. Would like to get to 125. Looking for friends and support, but especially suggestions from any folks in my age group who are also experiencing a slowing metabolism. Over the years, I've made many nutrition changes to manage my weight, but the scale has continued to creep up. I eat healthy for the most part, but am no saint.
I enjoy working out 5-6 days a week. I am very good with the cardio, but know I need to be better at consistently doing strength training. Thanks and looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you.
