Shakeology HELP!!

Hi Everyone, I was wonderign if anyone has tried Shakeology before? Or are you a beachbody coach that can get us a deal? I have been very curious to try this product as I've seen successful results with work out and diet combines. Please let me know, email me, friend me, whatever. I just really want to get this product but when I go online its like $130 which is very high priced!!

Shakeology is overpriced and you can get much better products for cheaper.

Mid-level marketing scam. Go for protein shakes from other companies, you'll be far better off.

I'm not a beachbody coach, but I do love Shakeology.

A lot of people think that it's a scam, but those people have never TRIED it. It's great as a meal replacement or even a low-cal snack. It also tastes really good (I drink the chocolate flavor).

Whenever I start a new exercise program, I start w/ a shakeology cleanse to jump start the weight loss and the weight always STAYS OFF.

As far as price, I do agree that it's WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I'm a college student, making $10 an hour part-time so I never buy it from the beachbody website. Use Ebay! You can find great deals. I usually can get 40-50% price discounts by bidding for shakeology on Ebay.

Also, I know this is probably counter-intuitive (and a lot of people will be mad at me for saying this) but beachbody coaches claim to get you discounts so you'll buy products through them. But then when the discounts are over, they still want you to buy beachbody products through them at full-price. I had a beachbody coach and in the long run it was not financially beneficial.

I have tried shakeology. Its good, but its very expensive and its not any better than some other products on the market that are alot cheaper.

just curious...you have already lost 30 pounds and you say the cleanse is a gerat way to get started...and you will do a cleanse next week.....havnt you already started? why do you need to cleanse?

Meal replacements are so easy, I just don't understand why people that take that option use this site? There's nothing to learn or understand, just follow the instructions

I do the cleanse quarterly. Its a great way to "clean" out your insides. Also I will be starting P90x in Jan so I am going to start with the cleanse first. Cleanses aren't ment for you just to lose weight.

And then you have other people who realize that many other cheaper products do just as good of a job as Shakeology, plus you don't have so called 'coaches' breathing down your neck. There's nothing magical about Shakeology.

^^^ Yep, exactly. Im not going to tell someone they shouldnt use shakeology. if you like it and can afford it, go for it. But if youre just looking for a more affordable product that does the same thing, there are many choices out there.

I am a coach also and agree with this gal - I just like the taste of it. It didn't help me lose weight nor did I gain from it. I just like the taste of it and prefer it pricey or not .. Just my .02

from my experience the ones that use Beachbody products are the ones that don't get it. A lot of their products are full of label filler ingredients what are severely underdosed.

For instance let's take a look at their "body toning" multi vitamin. they include BCAAs, ok that's alright, but in what dose?

"Branched Chain Amino Acid Blend Containing: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine,
Tribulus fruit (Tribulus terrestris) extract, and Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) extracts.175 mg"

even if that whole prop blend was BCAAs what good will 175mg do? pretty much nothing at all.

how about ALA?

Alpha-lipoic acid 40 mcg **

so it's in a less bio available form then let's say Na-R-ALA and only at 40mg?

you can look at almost any of their products and you will see that they are using cheap forms of the more expensive vitamins and underdosing a lot of other ingredients, yet charge a premium price. I will stand by my assessment that their products are over priced and you can find much better products at a better price pretty easily

A Team Beachbody coach is just a person that helps keep you motivate to workout out. They are people that have been where you are and understand how hard it is to get healthy and lose weight. They help your find programs and nutrient supplements that may help you along the way.

Shakeolegy-coach-cleanse= the right demograhic for selling nonsense to the uninformed and gullable looking for the magic formula to weight loss simply because they are that demograhic. :devil:
