How much water?

How much water is too much water .... I had been trying to dring anywhere from 6 to 8 glasses (8 oz) a day. But I have bumbed that up to 10 - 12 glasses ..... How much is too much?

    I dunno. Can you really have too much? Certainly 64 oz. ( or 8--8 oz glasses) isn't too much. If it's summer and really hot..more. :ohwell: I think I'm clueless about too much. I'm happy to get to 8!

    It's something like 14L I remember reading. And that has to be slammed down and no going to the bathroom. 12 glasses isn't too much :)
