Well I would just like to say to those of my friends that would not let me whine if I wanted to and have told me to suck it up or encouraged me in various ways to you all I am thankful. As for keeping motivated I will continue to promise you all to keep my goals my priotity on MFP. As for crying I will save that for the treadmill and not MFP forums. So to you all I thank you for saying suck it up, and I salute you and leave you with this, hang in there. PEACE be with you!!
