40 lbs lost! With pics

It's finally time for me to post some progress pics! I started out at 199 lbs & now weigh 159! I started at the beginning of August. Here are the pics that motivated me to do this in the first place (taken over the summer):

I'm definitely not at my ultimate goal, but I see a difference & feel a lot better about myself already! I would like to lose 25 more lbs, but I know that since I've made it this far, I will get there! I do Zumba 4 times a week with some other classes thrown in, but Zumba is my main cardio exercise. I also do strength training several times a week before class. I try to always stay in my calories, & I normally eat some of my exercise calories, but not all. It just depends on the day :) I started at a size 16 pants & XL shirt, but am now a size 10 pants & a M shirt!
