I noticed last January I went to a spa and I had a detox. For some reason I think it contributed to my successful weight lost. I was wondering how often should you do a detox? Should I do it before starting the next semester? I ask that because I've not notice a big weight lose like I did earlier this year. I want to get down to aboot 155 or even 150. Help meeee.

Detox from what? If you stop putting toxins in, your body does a better job at taking them out than anything you could design.0

Please read my recent posts on detoxing in one of the other recent posts.
Either that or just follow these two simple steps:
1. extend your arm out from your body (palm facing the ceiling)
2. Move your palm towards your face, in a rapid motion until contact is made.

It would be cheaper to just eat real foods with fiber (fruit, veg, whole grains) and yogurt. It would do the same thing.0

Honestly, you'd be better off just adding some no-sugar added green tea to your diet, and lots of fruits, veggies & whole grains to get the fiber you need, so you can poop out whatever "toxins" you're talking about. Just change your diet, eat healthy, and you'll be fine.0
