Question About 30DS

This might sound dumb but when starting the 30DS do you just do it once a day everyday of the week? When do you switch levels? Thanks for everyones help in advance! I am going to start it soon. After seeing other user's progress and results I want in! lol

I am starting tomorrow and from what I understand from friends posts you do it everyday and you switch to the higher level when the level you are on is too easy. So if level one takes 12 days then so be it, but most people switch after 10 days on each level unless it is still to hard. I hope it helps if you friend me we can do it together and help each other out. Good luck in advance.0

Once per day, 10 days on each level, 30 days total. Some people take rest days though.0
