Bike in the snow? And are there any tips. Im really want to get some good exercise in this winter and not sit around like a schlub. Our floors arent great so jumping up and down on them doing workout videos probably wont be a good idea at this weight. lol. Im already planning to do some BL fitness book stuff out on the front porch, which is concrete so no worries there. I just want to be active and not gain back everything. I have a gym membership but currently cant use it due to medical stuff going on. The impact of the treadmill kills me and even the elliptical (stomach flops around) and recumbent bike (irritates the cyst) are a bit much that even pain meds dont work.
So I just want to ride a bike. Get some fitness in every day I can outdoors.

I don't ride my bike in the ice & snow, too much danger of injury, it's not worth it...
If you have some spare cash look at maybe getting one of these off ebay...
