in the past year i have
run 1000 miles
ran 200 times
lost 10kg
so each time I run I lose on average 50 grams,
each mile I run I lose on average 10 grams
Hopefully i'll get a healthy BMI in 2012. Slow and steady.....

I too want to run but even though I am relatively fit, I can't seem to be able to sustain running even just for 3 miles0
