Hey guys! I'm (sorta) new to the site.

I was about 135 and led an active lifestyle until I became incredibly obsessed with losing weight and eating as little as possible. Once I realized how scary things were going, I just stopped altogether. Now I am the complete opposite... over 100 pounds overweight, sedentary lifestyle, unhealthy eating. I think half of it is pure laziness, and the other half is a fear that I will go back to that state again. I am going through counseling, but getting me to lose weight post-eating disorder is kinda a sticky issue. I'd really welcome some advice on this subject, if anybody has it. I'd also like to make friends with people where we can keep each other on track :) Any thoughts would help!

  • Hi,

I don't have any advice, but I have lost 100lbs and kept it off for 2 years. I'd be happy to support you if I can!!

Wow 100 pounds! Congratulations! I could definitely use a friend :)

Also, to anybody who reads this original thread, sorry if I shared a little too much information. Sometimes I'm a little too open...
