In maintenance and loosing weight what the hell...

I'm so confused I'm actually loosing weight I've lost two pounds this week even though I've been increasing my calories slowly and have eaten chocolate forthe first time in ages. What's going on?? Xx

    First, the chocolate part is irrelevant since you already accounting for the calories. Energy balance will determine results, not food source outside of that foods effects on total intake for kcals and macros.

    There's a number of possibilities, the most likely being water weight.

    I agree. I have also found that MFP isn't entirely accurate. You have to fiddle around with the numbers to see what works for you. I slowly increased calories until I found roughly where my perfect maintenance number is (for me, it is around 1800 calories). MFP has been consistently a couple hundred calories off for me, from deficit to maintenance.
