    Some people have their satiety triggered by fat - have you tried substituting the junk you are eating for nuts, nut butters, avocado, olives, olive oil? These are fatty and nutrient rich.

    Proteins and fibre rich veges help me with my satiety, but everyone is different. Try a few things and see what works.
