As long as the fat gains are tolerable, I see no reason to set a specific time limit0

I'm having my first "bulk" at 6 months. It's been from the beginning of July and will end in the new year. I probably would've ended it sooner (after 4 or 5 months) but the timing was weird so that would've meant cutting over Christmas- not going to happen! LOL
As "UponThisRock" said, as long as you can tolerate the fat gains it should be fine. I've gained 16lbs since starting, I don't know what's fat and what's muscle but I'm back at my heaviest ever weight yet feel smaller and with more muscle than I was back then definately. My clothes also still fit. They wouldn't have done at all when I was this weight previously.0 -
I plan to bulk from Oct-Mar so 6 months. But I started with 10lbs of remaining fat that I wouldn't mind having gone by at least half way through bikini season....0
