I don't have after pics because I'm just starting off. My love handles are insane...does anyone know the best way to lose those?? I want to start running and eating better, and of course using freeweights to stay tone.

As for the love handles, I was told planks are great for them. Also, obviously lots of cardio!Wishing you tons of luck, you can do it!
