Christmas Eve Dinner ideas!

So I totally got screwed this year. I ordered some 10oz Frenched Pork Chops and just found out that I'm not going to get them.

What should I make for my Husband for Christmas Eve (special dinner) It has to be nice since we decided that we aren't going to be purchasing any gifts for eachother - just making nice dinners....

I'm pretty skilled in the kitchen - so tough recipes are no problem - I just want something YUMMY and impressive. I'm totally out of ideas.....

    What about rack of lamb? I'm personally not a huge fan, but with a little seasoning, an hour of letting it sit with the flavors, and a quick sear, it looks beautiful and is pretty easy to make! I've made it before and it was a big success. Roasted asparagus as a side? Twice baked mashed potatoes?
