that thinks this would be soooooooooooo much easier if I just didn't have tastebuds! Ugh! I love food too much! Grrr!
I have to admit I am one of those people that lives to eat, not the other way around like it should be. Sigh.
Food just tastes sooooo GOOD! GRRR!! I hate food. lol No, I just need to get a grip. I'm definately doing better than I ever have before, but I definately still have to work on it. I just find myself feeling deprived and wanted to just give in and just pig out. But I KNOW that IF I do that, I will fall back into the same boat of doing that everyday.
Like right now I'm snacking on some snack mix and the flavor is sooooo good I feel like I could just suck it off! Or like the other night my friend had cheese dip from a Mexican restaurant and I could've DRANK it! Ew! Yea, I've been slipping more this week. I've also been really tired. I do worse when I'm tired...I need to work harder on that.

I found that it was easier if I did eat what I want. I just make sure that I'm logging my calories, staying within the count and all the macro ranges. You learn pretty quickly what you really want to spend your calories on and whatcha don't. But deprivation never worked for me in the long run.
I also found that some foods taste even better when you start eating healthier. And that fast foods didn't taste as good after awhile.

Don't beat yourself up, and no you are not alone. I just started changing the way I eat and exercise and I have a long way to go. To keep myself from gett overwelmed I just take it one day at a time. Just remember what the big picture is, you wanting to live a long and healthy life, if you put that first than you'll think twice about wanting to drink that Mexican cheese dip.
Stay strong it will be worth it in the end.0
